Cottage Chabad is located in a pleasant quiet environment near Mala Fatra (Belá - Pánske zliene). Its location in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the ridge of Malá Fatra provides a sense of privacy and family well-being with the possibility of active recreation in tourist centers Malá Fatra - Vrátna.

The cottage provides accommodation for 11 persons in 3 rooms (1x2 + 1,1x2 + 1,2x2 + 1). The building is heated by electric heating, in addition to the electric heating it is possible to use additional heating with solid fuels in the fireplace. A fully equipped bathroom with two washbasins, a shower and hot water along with two WCs provides comfort for all visitors. There is, of course, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and a gas hob, refrigerator with freezer box, microwave, electric kettle and a spacious closet. Of course, clean bed linen is provided for all accommodated guests.

Capacity

Recreational cottage Chata Chabadová provides comfortable accommodation for 11 people in 3 attic rooms (2x3 beds, 1x5 beds). There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

Kitchen

There is a fully equipped kitchen. Of course there is a complete set of cutlery and cookware, gas cooker with oven Electric Supply, microwave, kettle, large fridge freezer and a spacious pantry for storing your food.

Bathroom

Recreational cottage Chabadova is equipped with a shower with hot water and two washbasins. There are 2 separate flushing toilets.

Outside seating

In close proximity is located outdoor seating suitable for you and your acquaintances with a fireplace and a small flowing creek. There is also a 13-liter pot and focal grate.

Parking

The property is secure year-round access to your car (parking for 3 and more cars)

Sattelite TV

There is a color satellite TV receiver available to visitors.

Playgroung

In close proximity to the outdoor seating there is a small playground with gates, suitable for a casual sport or for your children. There is also a billiard table.

Relax

Recreational cottage Chabad provides a comfortable seating for all day visitors in a spacious lounge, in a billiard room or outdoors at a fireplace with a seating area.

The cottage is secured all year round by car with the possibility of parking for 3 (or more) cars. In the vicinity of the cottage is located fireplace with seating that will provide privacy and comfort throughout the day. There is also a 15-liter pot and focal grate available to visitors. In close proximity there is a forest creek that contributes to the well-being and relaxation. There is also a small playground with gloves for unpretentious football matches, or for other activities (not just sports). Location cottage in the quiet location on the edge of the forest and the silent valley gives you a great feeling of privacy. On the other hand, the nearest village (Bela), just 2 km from the property, will provide you with all the necessary services, such as shops (open on Sundays), bakery (tasty bread), health center, church and other ... For the demanding requirements, a luxury hotel with a restaurant, swimming pool, sauna, hydromassage baths and a tennis court is also close by (2km). Nearby (10 km) is known ski resort Vrátna, which allows you to spend a pleasant skiing and so combine your holiday with active recreation.

Chabadová cottage is ideal for holiday trips for large families with children, corporate events, for young and old teams, for summer and winter holidays.

The price includes bed linen, energy, parking, cottage equipment and accommodation fee.The condition of the order is 6 adults and the minimum stay is 2 nights.

All stays starts at the 14.hodiny and end up 10.hodiny last day. These terms can be modified after prior agreement.

The total amount of the stay must be paid before start of your holidays. Payment can be made by agreement either in cash or by bank transfer to the account of the cottage operator. Your stay can be canceled within one week prior to arrival without cancellation fees. Location

Cottage Chabadova is located near the village of Chabadovci, near the village Belá (Žilina district), tourist center Terchova (7km) and Vratna dolina (10km). The cottage is situated in a small chalet colony in a beautiful sunny setting overlooking the Mala Fatra ridge.

Access

Od Žiliny - Zo Žiliny pokračujte po štátnej ceste 583 smerom na Terchovú. Asi po 18 km za obcou Belá odbočte doľava smerom na Lutiše. Po 100 metroch od odbočky odbočte opäť doľava (odbočka Belá - Zlieň). Pokračujte po ceste asi 2 km. Za ovčou farmou po pravej strane uvidíte na kopci po pravej strane malú chatovú kolóniu v ktorej sa nachádza aj chata Chabadová.

Od Čadce - V Krásne nad Kysucou odbočte na štátnu cestu 520 do Starej Bystrice. Po 10 km odbočte smerom na Lutiše (resp. Terchovú). Tesne pred križovatkou so štátnou cestou 583 odbočte doprava (100 metrov pre križovatkou). Pokračujte po ceste asi 2 km. Za ovčou farmou po pravej strane uvidíte na kopci po pravej strane malú chatovú kolóniu v ktorej sa nachádza aj chata Chabadová.

Od Dolného Kubína - V Párnici odbočte doprava na štátnu cestu 583 smerom na Terchovú (smer Žilina). Prejdite Terchovú a asi 5 km za Terchovou za Nižnými Kamencami odbočte doprava smerom na Lutiše (pred obcou Belá). Po 100 metroch od odbočky odbočte doľava (odbočka Belá - Zlieň). Pokračujte po ceste asi 2 km. Za ovčou farmou po pravej strane uvidíte na kopci po pravej strane malú chatovú kolóniu v ktorej sa nachádza aj chata Chabadová. Táto cesta vedie cez horské sedlo a preto v zime je nutné mať na aute zimné pneumatiky, v období sneženia sú potrebné aj snehové reťaze.

Od Martina - Z Martina po ceste E50 choďte smerom na Žilinu (25 km). Ďalej postupujte ako je uvedené pri smerovaní zo Žiliny. Odporúčame aj možnosť použitia kompy v Strečne (10 km od Martina) a ďalej pokračovať smerom na Terchovú.
